1. PAYMENTS
Total price will be provided in the check out page. Please make sure to agree with the final price before checking out

Payment Terms:
Pre-order Items: 50% of total amount on or before the given due date. Due date can be found in the description section per product.

Remaining balance can be settled once items are in PH.

Onhand Items: Pay as you order. Please pay the total amount due within 24 hours upon receipt of the confirmation email.

Failure to do so will result to cancellation of orders. Buyer will be banned and can no longer purchase from our shop.

2. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND LATE PAYMENT FEES
Once the order has been confirmed, cancellation is not allowed. We will only allow cancellation if a valid reason is provided. However, the buyer is still required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount due.

If remaining balance has not been settled within the given deadline, a late payment fee of 50% of the amount due is required.

3. UNPAID / UNCLAIMED ORDERS

All UNPAID orders 1 week after the deadline of payment will be cancelled. Buyer will be banned and can no longer purchase from our shop.

All UNCLAIMED / UNPAID orders after 3 months from arrival date will be forfeited. Downpayments are non-refundable.

4 DAMAGED ITEMS/MANUFACTURING DEFECT
Shop is not liable for any damages during shipping and other manufacturing defects.

5. REFUND POLICY
We will only give refunds for wrong or missing orders. Please inform us within 24 hours upon receipt. We will require an unboxing video as proof.

NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REFUND

Wrong order caused by the buyer is not eligible for a refund.

6. NORMAL ETA ONLY
Shop only offers normal ETA. Please expect your order to arrive around 3 -4 weeks. Delays in delivery may happen due to current COVID situation.
